플러스히치는 작년 블루노트 레이블 설립 80주년을 맞이해 블루노트 명반을 연주하는 Play Blue Note Masterpiece 시리즈를 시작해 총 5개의 공연을 진행하였으며 매 공연이 매진을 기록하며 국내 재즈팬들로부터 많은 사랑을 받고 있습니다. 그래서 올 8월부터는 대중들에게 널리 알려진 재즈 음반을 연주하는 '재즈 명반을 만나다' 공연을 시작합니다. 그리고 이와 함께 재즈 음악에서 가장 보편적인 편성이자 대중들에게 가장 친숙한 편성인 피아노 트리오 편성으로 연주한 재즈 피아노 트리오의 명반을 골라 앨범의 수록된 곡들을 연주하는 '이 한 장의 재즈 피아노 트리오 앨범과 나' 시리즈를 진행합니다.
