<임이환의 민요 첼로(MINYO CELLO)>는 한국의 전통음악, 서양의 전통악기 그리고 현시대성을 지닌 악기들로 구성되어 시대의 흐름을 앞서나가는 임이환만의 작품 세계를 선보인다. 이번 공연을 통해 우리나라의 민요를 다섯 대의 첼로와 밴드 음악으로 새롭게 해석하며, 관객에게 세대와 시대를 뛰어넘는 폭넓은 공감을 전하고자 한다.
