About the performance
뮤직K에서 2016년 5월에 7일에 기획하고 진행하고자 하는 Rock의 축제 ‘WEROCK’은 Rock 밴드들이 함께 모여서 서로의 음악을 통해 교류를 확대하고 상생하기 위한 뜻의 행사로서 Rock 음악 시장의 성장과 Rock밴드들의 인지도 확장을 목표로 하는 연합공연 콘텐츠입니다. 2016년 첫 회를 시작으로 매년 1~2회의 정기 공연으로 자리잡도록 기획하고 있으며 향 후 아시아 각국의 팀을 섭외하여 그 규모를 아시아 연합공연으로 확장해 나아갈 계획입니다. 본 공연을 통해서 최고의 Rock밴드들이 좀 더 원활하게 세계시장으로의 진출을 이룰 수 있는 기반이 되고 또한 Rock을 사랑하는 많은 대중들의 참여를 확대해 나가는 궁극적 목적을 이룰수 있도록 최선을 다 하겠습니다.
