About the performance
광대였던 소년 ‘단’은 어릴 적 부모님을 여의고 놀이패를 따라다니며 온갖 기예를 익혔다. 살기 위해 배웠던 기예가 이젠 단의 모든 것이 되어 버린 현재, 단은 놀이패에서 가장 뛰어난 실력을 지니게 되었다. 그러나 늘 마음 한 구석에 허전함을 느끼며 살고 있다. 그러던 어느날, 얼굴이 하얗고 단아한 ‘연’이라는 소녀를 만나게 되고 둘은 사랑에 빠진다. 서툴지만 순수하고 아름다운 첫사랑. 그러나 ‘연’은 그 마을 유지의 하나뿐인 귀한 딸이였던 것. 신분의 차이로 인해 연의 아버지의 강한 반대에 부딪혀 둘은 함께 도망치고
