2020년 8월에 창단된 공공예술단체로 코로나19 확산으로 인해 어려운 상황에 놓인 지역 예술인들을 위하여 화성시와 화성시문화재단이 지원하는 예술단 사업이다. 오디션을 통하여 선발된 70여명의 M.I.H 2기 단원들은 총 4개 파트인 관현악, 스트릿댄스, 국악, 보컬로 구성되어 있으며, 이번 역시 장르를 아우르는 융복합 콘텐츠를 레퍼토리로 공연을 완성한다.
